Paul Bochniak

Paul is a licensed realtor with The Bochniak Group and brings financial, negotiating and contract experience to the group with over 30 years of experience with a national accounting firm and financial management positions in the manufacturing, oil and gas, and healthcare industries.  Paul has been recognized as a D Magazine Dallas Best and/or a Top Producer realtor from 2011-2023.  Paul was also recognized as a Five Star Professional Realtor from 2019-2023.

Paul has lived in the Dallas area since 1981, including Sunnyvale since 1989.  He has served on several Town boards, including 10 years as president of the Sunnyvale 4-B Corporation, a park, recreation and economic development entity.  He has also been involved in the community as a youth basketball and soccer coach.  Paul has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Hearts and Hammers, and other non-profit organizations.

Paul is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and MetroTex Association of Realtors.
