Nancy Benson

Nancy is a licensed realtor with The Bochniak Group at Coldwell Banker, Apex in Rockwall, TX.  She also graduated from the Graduate Real Estate Institute and holds a  GRI certification in marketing, brokerage and finance.  She has lived in the Dallas area since 1992, serving her community as a Teacher/Trainer of Marketing and Business Education.  As an educator, she earned a bachelor and master’s degree and holds five different educational certificates.

Nancy has trained thousands of students and additionally negotiated job sites for them with area employers and participated in job coaching.  She has been a state and local presenter for various marketing, business, technology and educational strategies throughout the years.  Nancy brings to the team her expertise in service, sales, marketing and communication skills to provide a dedicated and positive real estate experience.
