We wanted an experienced, knowledgeable, friendly agent to list our home. It proved to be a good choice. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Our listing was amazing! From staging advice to hiring a professional photographer for amazing photos of our home. Beautiful brochures were provided and mail promotions helped sell our Sunnyvale home quickly. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Becky is always responsive to questions or concerns as they arise. She not only was our agent, but a friend when we needed her. She went above and beyond for us. Paul and Becky were the agents who helped with the purchase my house in Sunnyvale 8 years ago, and I appreciated their competence and knowledge of the local market sufficiently then to use them again to sell the house. As one who has purchased and sold over a dozen properties, I had already done my own analysis of the market and property values, and given that we are in a sellers market, I considered selling our family home myself. I had even already purchased professional photos and posted a 3D video tour on Zillow. However, after visiting with Becky and considering her professional understanding of the local market, current lender requirements, appraisal valuations, and the general sales process, I challenged her to market my house at a price sufficient to cover the extra sales fees from her listing. She took the challenge and sold my house in less than a week. The buyer had a few difficulties but Becky guided us through this successfully and we closed on time. I was very pleased with her knowledge, competency, and advice. I heartedly recommend the Bochniak Group.

Her own personal presentation, professionalism & expertise are immediately impressive, & she is extremely knowledgeable about the current market.
