Becky has lived in the Dallas area for over 30 years. Through extensive training, knowledge and experience, Becky knows what it takes to effectively list and sell homes in the Dallas area. She focuses on being a good listener to clearly identify the needs and desires of both buyers and sellers. Her high level of integrity, proven negotiation skills and creative marketing allow her to exceed her client's expectations. Timely communication, confidentiality and attention to details have provided continual referrals from her many satisifed clients.
With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Dallas area resident since 1979, she has become an invaluable resource for her clients. Becky holds the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designations. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Metrotex Association of Realtors and Women's Council of Realtors. Becky has been a full-time Professional Realtor since 2002.
Becky also supports various community service opportunities including Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots and Central Dallas Ministries.

Paul is a licensed realtor withThe Bochniak Group and brings financial, negotiating and contract experience to the group with over 30 years of experience with a national accounting firm and financial management positions in the industry.
Paul has lived in the Dallas area since 1981, including over 20 years in Sunnyvale. He has served on several Town boards, including 10 years as president of the Sunnyvale 4-B Corporation, a park, recreation and economic development entity. He has also been involved in the community as a youth basketball and soccer coach. Paul has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Hearts and Hammers, and other non-profit organizations.
Paul is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and MetroTex Association of Realtors.
Eva has a long history in high level executive support. She joined Becky's group in 2007. In her previous positions at Tenet Health System and American Express, she served as administrative assistant to several Directors, Managers, and sales teams. Eva brings extensive technology experience to The Bochniak Group and provides the team with all manners of support in this and other administrative areas.
Born and raised in the Dallas area, she resides in Rockwall with her family.
